MiraOmics is a computational biology and bioinformatics team working with pharma and biotech researchers. We build MiraTyper and use it to analyze H&E, single-cell, spatial, and protein data, helping teams design cohorts, investigate response, and understand tissue biology.

Eugene Bolotin
Co-Founder & CEO
Eugene guides MiraOmics’ scientific strategy, drawing on experience in biomarker discovery and patient stratification. He previously led bioinformatics at Santa Ana Bio and held leadership roles at Kite Pharma, Cell Design Labs, and Illumina. He earned his doctorate in genetics, genomics, and bioinformatics at UC Riverside.
RJ Honicky
Co-Founder & CTO
RJ builds the engineering and data science capabilities behind MiraOmics. At Tarana Wireless, he directed engineering teams working on AI/ML, data science, and manufacturing test systems, following technical and research roles at Nokia Research and Network Appliance. He earned his computer science doctorate at UC Berkeley.
Serge Bery
Chief Information Security Officer
Serge brings experience in cybersecurity, cloud services, and technology risk to MiraOmics. He previously headed security at Hewlett-Packard and Micro Focus, with earlier leadership roles at Smarsh, Microsoft, Aircell, and Allscripts. His background spans engineering, security governance, and business resilience, and he holds CISM and CISA certifications.
